Effective date: October 23, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Mikamue Studios ("we", "us") about your use of Coin Merge Factory ("the game"). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy (https://www.mikamuestudios.com/cmf-privacypolicy.html). If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
1. Using the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its art, sound, code and content belong to Mikamue Studios; these terms don't transfer any ownership to you.
2. Virtual items
The game includes virtual items such as gems, boosts, coins and the VIP Pass ("virtual items").
- Virtual items have no real-world or cash value. They can't be exchanged for money, sold, traded or transferred to another player, and they can only be used in the game.
- When you buy or earn a virtual item, you get a limited license to use it in the game, not ownership of it.
- Timed items (such as boosts and the VIP Pass) last for the time shown in the game and run on real time, including while the game is closed, where the game says so.
- We may change, rebalance, rename or remove virtual items and game features (for example to fix bugs or keep the game fair and fun). We'll try not to take away value you've paid for.
3. Purchases
- Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and payment policies. Prices are shown before you buy and include any taxes Google Play applies.
- The VIP Pass is a one-time purchase for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically, and you won't be charged again unless you choose to buy it again.
- We may check purchases with Google Play to confirm they're genuine before delivering them.
- If a purchase doesn't arrive, contact us (section 10) with your order details and we'll help.
4. Refunds
Purchased virtual items are delivered immediately. Except where the law gives you a right to a refund, purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Google Play under its refund policy: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may remove the virtual items it delivered (or an equal amount, if they've been used).
Players in the EU, EEA and UK: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital items that are delivered right away, Google Play asks you, before you buy, to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose that right once the item is delivered. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty, isn't delivered, or isn't as described: contact Google Play or us (section 10).
5. Your progress and cloud save
Your progress is saved on your device and backed up online under your player ID (see the Privacy Policy). We do our best to keep it safe, but we can't guarantee it will never be lost, for example if the service is down or data is corrupted. Using Reset progress in the game starts a new factory (keeping your gems, VIP Pass and active boosts, as described in the game); a reset or a request to delete your cloud data can't be undone.
To restore your progress on a new device, sign in with the same Google Play Games account. If you play without signing in, your progress is saved under an anonymous player ID that can't be moved to another device, so it may not be recoverable if you lose or reset your device.
6. Fair play
Please don't cheat, hack, modify or tamper with the game, its save data, its servers or its purchases; use bugs or exploits to gain an unfair advantage; or try to get virtual items without paying for them. If you do, we may remove affected virtual items or progress, or stop your access to online features, without a refund, to the extent the law allows.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the game and its online features running well, but we don't promise they'll always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device. We may update, change or stop offering the game or any part of it (including cloud save). If we stop offering the game, we'll try to give reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those that can't be excluded by law, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or progress. Our total liability to you for anything related to the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you the right to bring claims locally, you keep that right.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the effective date above and let you know in the game or its store listing. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
