This page explains how to delete the data our games keep about you online. It applies to all games made by Mikamue Studios, including Coin Merge Factory.
Option 1: Delete it in the game
If the game is still installed, you can delete your online data yourself, right away:
- Coin Merge Factory: open Settings and tap Delete cloud data, then confirm. This deletes your cloud save and your player account, and turns cloud backup off. The game on your device is kept.
Option 2: Ask us
If you no longer have the game, or deleting your data in the game doesn't work for you, email us at mikamuestudios@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" (or contact us via this website's contact form on our Support page), and include:
- The name of the game, and
- Your player ID (shown in the game's Settings), or the Google Play Games account (gamer name) you signed in with.
We may reply to confirm the request comes from you. We delete your data within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your cloud save (game progress saved online).
- Your player ID / player account, and its link to your Google Play Games account.
What may be kept
- Purchase records that we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons, only for as long as required.
- Short-term technical logs kept by our service providers (Unity, Google) to run and secure their services, deleted on their normal schedule.
Data on your device
Game data stored on your phone or tablet isn't sent to us. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in your device's settings, removes it.
