This website
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics, ads or trackers, and it has no accounts. Like any website, its host (Cloudflare) processes basic request information, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
If you use the contact form on our Support page, we receive what you type into it: your name, your email address, which product it's about, your message, any device or Unity details you fill in (such as your phone model or Unity version), and any screenshots you attach. We use them only to answer you. Your email address is never used for advertising or added to any mailing list, and we never sell or share it with anyone.
To deliver and answer your message, a few service providers handle it on our behalf, and only for that purpose:
- Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real people from bots. It checks technical information about your browser and connection, such as your IP address. Cloudflare doesn't use it for advertising. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Storage: a copy of your message and screenshots is stored with our website host, Cloudflare, so we can keep track of it.
- Email: an email delivery service sends your message to our studio inbox, and we reply from there.
We delete messages once they're no longer needed. To have yours deleted sooner, email mikamuestudios@gmail.com.
